Taking Care of Your Health This Winter
The months of winter are called the period of closing and storing. The temperament of winter is cold and moist. Winter has a tendency to stagnate our bodies, so warm herbal teas and soups are particularly helpful in this season. Regular gentle exercises such as walking and stretching are also very useful during this season.
