5. Syzgium aromaticum (Organic)
6. Cinnamomum cassia
7. Cinchorium intybus (Organic)
8. Crocus sativus
9. Valerian officinalis (Organic)
10. Myristica fragrans (Organic)

Directions

1. Add 1-3 capfuls  to a cup of water.
2. Take up to three times daily.

In Summer, add to cold water for a refreshing cold drink, and in Winter, add to warm water for a soothing warm drink.
