Raw natural Apple cider Vinegar is a traditional product made from freshly crushed apples that have been allowed to mature naturally without heat. It is not processed or refined and has nothing added or taken away. It contains the sediment a substance called “with the mother” which is naturally produced during the fermentation process. The “mother” is essentially enzymes, a natural substance created during the fermentation process. The “mother” is alive and is made up from good bacteria, enzymes and living nutriments. The presence of the “mother” shows that the vinegar has not been processed or filtered.
How to Use ?
Ideally, drink daily diluted in water as a daily drink. Why not add it to your next smoothie? Also, can be used in cooking, dressing and salads. Tale 30ml (2 tablespoons) in a glass of luke warm water 30 minutes before breakfast. Repeat this before lunch and evening meal.
