How Do I Book A Consultation?

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you fill out the Mohsin Health Clinic: Patient Intake Form (google.com) at least 3 days before your consultation. We will not be able to give you any recommendations without you first providing this information.
If you are in the UK, your consultation will be in-person at our clinic on 446 East Park Road, Leicester, LE5 5HH. If you are outside of the UK, your consultation will take place via Skype voice call.
Please note that it is against the policy to do your consultation online if you live in the UK. All UK-based consultations take place in-person.
What can I expect during the consultation?
In your first consultation, Hakim Salim will make an assessment of your health, taking note of current symptoms, health history and may use pulse reading and/or iridology. An individual treatment programme will be provided for you, together with a guide to duration and cost of treatment options. Every person and their condition is unique. The aim of holistic treatment is to achieve optimum health, which varies from individual to individual. Response to treatment depends on a number of factors, including: your overall state of health, seriousness of your current conditions, previous treatments, and your willingness to follow recommendations regarding your lifestyle and natural medicines.
What will be the average cost of the treatment prescribed?
After your consultation, if and when appropriate, you may be advised to take certain herbal remedies. The cost for this will approximately be £30 to £90 per month’s supply.

What is your consultation fee?
To book with consultant (Herbalist) M. Salim. Khan, fees are £190 per adult and £150 for children (under 16) and elderly (65+), payable at the time of booking your appointment. Visit the online Appointments Calendar for booking your slot.

You will need to complete these forms and submit them to us. You may either:
Print, fill out and bring these forms with you to the consultation, or alternatively, you can fill it online 48 hours prior to your appointment.
How Do I Send Patient Updates or Ask Questions?
You have the opportunity to do a follow up with Hakim Salim for a year since your consultation. If you have an update, or have questions for the practitioner, please make sure you include your full name and date of birth in the email.
Our admin team will pass the questions to the practitioner, and we will respond as soon as possible. Please send us your email on [email protected]. If your message is confidential, and you would only like the practitioner to see it, please email [email protected]
If you have not been to the clinic for over a year, we suggest you to please please go to https://mohsinhealth.com/consultation/ and book a consultation with us.
What is your refund policy?
If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice, failing which you may lose your consultation fee. A 48 hour prior notice of cancellation will qualify for a refund (with a deduction of £20 to cover administration costs).

No, we don’t require you to be our patient to be able to purchase the available products on Shop – Mohsin Health or in store. The products mentioned on the website include the appropriate information (description, ingredients list, direction to use, storage) that will help you make an informed decision before making a purchase.
Do you deliver within UK? And what are your delivery charges?
Yes, we do deliver within UK, as long as, the customer has provided their full address while placing the order. The delivery rates are:
1-3 business days: £6.46
2-5 business days: £4.66
Delivery is free for orders over £60. This is only applicable to UK orders.
Delivery charges apply for wholesale orders.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we do deliver internationally (except for Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and UAE).
The cost of shipping vary based on your location and hence we expect you to send us an email with your full address to receive a quotation. We will then share an invoice for the delivery and once we receive your payment, your order will be processed.
If you have placed an order directly from the website, without emailing us for a quote, we will get in touch with you and provide you with the quotation and invoice. Once we receive your payment for the shipping, we will then process your order.
