Consultation Details
- Cost:
- £190 for patients aged 16-64 years
- £150 for patients under 16 or 65+ years
- Duration: Consultations last up to 45 minutes.
- Ongoing Support: For 1 year after your initial consultation, you’ll have direct email access to your practitioner for questions and updates. You can also order repeat medicines during this time.
- Follow-up Consultations: After one year, we recommend scheduling a follow-up consultation to reassess your progress and potentially adjust your treatment plan (consultation fee applies).
Appointment Changes and Cancellations:
We understand that scheduling changes may be necessary. To ensure fairness for all our patients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- With 48 hours’ notice: You can easily reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund for your consultation fee.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of £20 will apply.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
Availability: Hakim Salim Khan is available for consultations on selected days. See current availability by clicking the link in the section below. After booking your appointment, you will need to submit your intake form (see below). Please note that consultations for UK residents are in-person, so your physical attendance at our Leicester clinic is required. Overseas consultations are via Skype.
Refund Policy: If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, failing which you may lose your full consultation fee. A 48-hour prior notice of cancellation will qualify you for a refund (with a deduction of £20 administration fee).
